Michelle Shader directs the marketing program for Qwest Government Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Qwest Communications International (Q). Qwest Government Services provides complete communications solutions for the U.S. Federal Government. Her role encompasses all aspects of marketing toward the Civilian, Defense and Intelligence communities of the federal government. From strategic & tactical marketing initiatives, advertising, event management & execution and market intelligence, Michelle has helped launched Qwest Government Services into the spotlight of the government IT decision maker.

Michelle has been with Qwest Government Services for 3 years. Prior to joining the Government group she spent 7 years in a variety of leadership roles, including marketing, with the Qwest Business Partner Program, a carrier channel of Qwest Communications. With both a public and private sector marketing background, Michelle brings a broad array of proven experience to her role.
