Director of Marketing Operations - GigaTrust
The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for the development, implementation and management of GigaTrust’s branding and marketing communications (Marcom) initiatives. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. Individual will work closely and support a wide range of internal and external clients including Senior Marketing Management and the Executive Management Team. In addition, the person will directly manage our creative agency and key external vendors.
Specifically s/he will be responsible for:
- Creating, developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics to successfully position the GigaTrust brand.
- Consistent on-time high-quality achievement of deliverables
- Day-to-day management of agency partners
- Negotiating with Vendors and provide vendor analysis
- Developing & implementing standards for GigaTrust’s brand
- Working with sales to develop integrated marketing plans and other sales support
- Assisting with product rollout strategies
- Assisting in Event Marketing branding efforts
- Designing and implementing direct and e-direct campaigns
- Developing all consumer brand graphics
- Developing marketing communication and launch plans for new products
- Helping design & produce collateral materials, advertising & direct mail
- Performing other duties as assigned
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years marketing experience working in technology products and services
- 5 years experience in managing design agencies, marketing budgets and negotiating vendor agreements
- Demonstrated track record of handling multiple projects with strong attention to details, high energy and enthusiasm
- High degree of flexibility and ability to react quickly with a positive attitude to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Expert knowledge of all MS Office applications
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
