Ari Fleischer to Keynote Govmark Council Event

Ari Fleischer, former White House Press Secretary, as the keynote speaker for its first offsite event - Civil War on the Corporate Battlefield: Marketing vs. Sales.
Based on his experience at the pinnacle of one of the most turbulent periods in American history, Fleischer will discuss his efforts to keep the nation informed during the tragic events of war and terrorism. He will translate these crisis communications principles into practical steps that can be used by any enterprise. Further,
Mr. Fleischer will address the outcome of recent mid-term elections and their possible impact on businesses during the last half of the Bush presidency.
GovMark Council’s first offsite event - Civil War on the Battlefield: Marketing vs. Sales - will take place on November 12-14, 2006 in Charleston, South Carolina, where the Civil War began. Consistent with the theme, the conference will cover a range of topics designed to educate senior-level marketing executives who serve the government IT&T market on strategies and tactics for building an ally with their sales teams.
