A panel of judges, comprised of government and industry leaders (both marketers and non-marketers), will review all GovMarks nominations. The judges will consider the following evaluation criteria:
Strategic approach to government marketing, indicated in the research and planning stages of submitted project
Creativity and innovation as demonstrated by the originality of solutions to the marketing challenges
Potential for generating widespread public visibility to the government agency, product, or service
Effectiveness illustrated by measurable objectives and subsequent evaluation methods
Commitment to ongoing marketing activities and awareness
The judges reserve the right not to issue an award should no submission prove worthy of recognition.
